Hello, My customer experience in Clydebank Dunelm was first class.
We entered the shop and asked an assistant where the curtains were, she cheerily pointed us in the right direction.
We spent a bit of time looking and the same assistant appeared beside us and offered us her assistance because I couldn’t find just what I was looking for. She couldn’t have done any more, suggesting and searching for us.
Eventually finding the one I wanted, unfortunately it wasn’t in the sizes required. No problem she said undaunted, let’s look online and see if they are available. She brought out her tablet and found them, so agreed to order them and pay online straight to her tablet, no need to go to checkout.
Her name is Jay and I will not hesitate to shop here again and hopefully seek her out for more of her wonderful customer service. She is a wonderful asset to your company. The curtains arrived before delivery date , packed and in pristine condition.
