Opening up a new two story art studio and gallery in Lincolnshire I have to think about costs, quality, coherence of design and materials, ambiance and subtlety of background to enhance my work not fight it! With white walls downstairs in the main gallery I needed curtains to have a richness and simplicity to merge into a country background and chose another of Dunelms range. Upstairs is a different matter, where Wild Primrose walls, a living, music, film area looking out over open countryside and our gardens invited a more country cottage, homely feel.
