Vanilla and Caramel Cake Recipe!

 

It tasted delicious, it looks mouth – watering. It is the perfect dessert for celebrations, for family gatherings and many more. NO BAKing is needed, it is quick and ready to serve.

Cake with caramel and vanilla

 

INGREDIENTS:

For the Caramel cream:

  • 500 ml milk / 16.9 oz
  • 110 gr sugar / 3.88 oz
  • 70 gr semolina / 2.46 oz

For the Vanilla cream:

  • 500 ml milk / 16.9 oz
  • 150 gr sugar / 5.29 oz
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 vanilla pudding
  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 150 gr butter / 5.29 oz

For the egg whites foam:

  • 3 egg whites
  • 90 gr sugar / 3.17 oz
  • 3 tbsp water
