Salty croissants, simple and perfect breakfast!

Croasant with cheese

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of all purpose flour (35.2 oz)
  • 1 active yeast (or 40 gr (1.4 oz) dry yeast)
  • 300 ml sour milk (10.14 oz)
  • 300 ml warm water (10.14 oz)
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 tbs oil
  • 150 gr butter(or margarine) (5.2 oz)
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • sesame
