Impeccable  choice of ingredients! They are just incredibly yummy and my kids adore these rolls. Usually I make them every week, so to spice the thing up, I found but that it’s ever tastier if they are stuff with cheese , meat or spinach.

This week ,I made my rolls without cheese.  Try my new recipe and enjoy in the best soft rolls!

Baked soft rolls


  • 750 gr all purpose flour (26.04 oz)
  • Active fresh yeast – 40 gr (1.4 oz)
  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • 500 ml of milk (2 cup)
  • 100 ml of olive oil (3.38 oz)
  • 2 tsp of salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 egg for cover and sesame
